TASSETS operates this website as a UK field-engineering practice. The contact address for privacy questions is enquiries@tassets.co.uk.

The pages themselves do not ask you to create an account, and they do not run analytics. The enquiry form does not post your details to a server. Choosing Send enquiry opens the email application on your device with the message already filled in.

We receive your name, company, email address, and anything else you included only if you then send that email.

We use it to reply, to understand the work you described, and, where you want a proposal, to prepare one. We do not sell enquiry information and we do not use it for a mailing list unless you ask to be kept informed.

We keep emails for as long as we need them to answer you and to meet any legal or accounting duty that applies. After that we delete them or reduce them to a short record of the conversation.

You can ask for a copy of the correspondence we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing enquiries@tassets.co.uk. We may need to keep a limited record where the law requires it.

You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner's Office.
